Delivery & Returns Terms & Conditions

We want you to enjoy your carefully selected products therefore Opulent Home has a three point signed quality check to ensure the goods you order reach you in perfect condition. You should inspect your products as soon as they are received, should you find that any item is defective or damaged contact us immediately.  If, however you change your mind we have a full no quibble returns policy for 14 days, you can return any unopened item as long as it is in perfect condition and with the packaging intact, please email sales@opulenthome.co.uk to receive a return address. Return postage to be met by the Customer, please see the listed returns cost below.  You should take all reasonable care to ensure the goods are returned in original condition, any return cost for faulty or incorrectly processed orders will be fully reimbursed upon receipt, please ensure you send by trackable delivery or insure the returned goods as non-received goods are chargeable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Following inspection and approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card within 24 hours by Opulent Home. It will take your card provider a set period to process their end.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).

Should you not receive a refund after a period, first check your bank account again.

Please then contact your credit card company as it may take them a certain period before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank, again there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order cancellations

Due to the various stages of dispatch we start the process promptly for that reason we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been placed. To cancel your order under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you can return delivery by following our returns process within 14 days of receipt of your goods, this cancellation right does not apply to the bespoke carpet products made to your measurements unless they are faulty.

Change of delivery address

As a matter security and fraud prevention we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been processed.
